Hi, I’m Talal Cassim, 

an instructional designer with over 8 years of combined experience in instructional design, learning content development, and learning program development. 

I prioritize a clean, simple design aesthetic and high-quality audiovisual media in my learning design while utilizing learning science principles such as dual encoding, universal design for learning, and Mayer's multimedia design principles. 

My extensive experience in the areas of adult learning and learning content creation, along with a high degree of empathy for the end user, makes me uniquely suited to the demands placed on today’s instructional designers and learning architects.
